Extremely positive experience from the start. All the staff were friendly, helpful and caring.
Everything was explained clearly to me throughout by my consultant, Dr Andrew Wigham and lovely nurse, Gemma.
Dr Wigham was very thorough and did an an excellent job of treating my bilateral varicose veins via EVLA and foam sclerotherapy. I experienced very little discomfort during and post treatment and I’m so pleased with the results.
After-care information was given and explained clearly. I was invited to make a follow up appointment in three months and contact the Veincentre if necessary.

Super friendly and caring staff made me feel very welcome. The doctor, Mr Lasantha Wijesinghe, was informative at each step. Hopeful for good and lasting results.
Just a couple recommendations: patient reviews the treatment and results letter before sending to patient main doctor. Also, the hospital to offer a further treatment at the 6 or 9 month point if required, included in the full price.

Caring and informative from day one,explained all my options and possible outcomes,my procedure was completely my choice based on the information from Dr Mark Bratby and staff.Ultrasound showed valves in vein not returning blood to heart efficiently and so had varicose veins lasered in right leg,done under local anaesthetic,also had foam sclerotherapy in lower leg,minimal discomfort.I was having issues with veins causing blood pooling in right ankle and after procedure this started improving straight away.Went back for a check up and had a second session,minor,of foam sclerotherapy and my leg has improved out of sight,big ugly vein is nearly gone,no more cramps at night and no swollen ankle.Couldn’t recommend Mark Bratby and staff any higher,professional,respectful of patient anxiety and minimal discomfort and great outcome,much appreciated.

I could not fault the team in any way. They were friendly, informative and caring at all times. I really felt I was an individual, not just another client, as they listened and displayed genuine concern for my whole well-being every step of the way.
They gave clear and concise facts and instructions so I felt safe in their hands.
The premises were spotless and the coffee was great.
I have already recommended the centre to someone, as I have complete faith in the staff and their proceedings.
The centre had a good atmosphere - welcoming and relaxed.
The whole team were professional with a good and appropriate sense of humour.
As for my varicose veins, I was surprised how much improvement there was right from the start, when taking off my stocking. Amazing!

Larger premises and especially parking would be advantageous. I appreciated Dr Hacking’s expertise and his staff’s professionalism. I found the instructions received from the clinic were very detailed and helpful, but perhaps there could be a little less paperwork.

Dr Hacking took great care to explain what had caused my varicose veins, what treatment was needed and to answer my questions. The procedure and post op were as discussed with Dr Hacking and as described in the written information provided. I am very happy with the results.

Bilateral ELVA(both legs) +Adjuvant Sclerotherapy
My legs feel wonderful after this treatment, gone are the unsightly veins and the heaviness I felt. I was very happy to wear my shorts on holiday this year.
The staff are amazing and friendly. I was a little apprehensive at the start but I was immediately put at ease. The step by step information given worked for me. I knew what was going to happen which I found comforting.
I cannot give any constructive suggestions because I received the best care.
